Hi, I’m Kimoi Ann Holliday

Here is a little information about me and my passion. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Clinical Psychology and a Master of Arts in Professional Communications from the University of Tampa. Additionally, I am certified by the Atlantis Fellowship for completing over 60 AAMC-compliant physician shadowing hours and hold a DEI in the Workplace Certificate.

Although born in the United States, I spent most of my formative years in the countryside of Manzanilla, Trinidad and Tobago. I am a dedicated mother, wife, and author of two books focusing on mental health wellness and barriers.

Currently, I serve as the Alumni Relations Manager for Sigma Lambda Gamma Sorority and as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Tampa. Since 2018, I have been a passionate advocate for mental and physical wellness. My personal experiences, including the loss of my mother in 2019 due to complications related to her mental and physical health, have inspired me to create a project aimed at providing information and resources on global mental and physical health.

My ultimate goal is to contribute to a world where mental health is recognized, valued, and prioritized, alongside promoting knowledge about mental and physical wellness.

On this platform, you will find resources and tips not only from me as a mom but also from accredited experts and professionals in the field.
